Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Redlight Traffic Cam Alert, provided by Instant Energy Solutions, Inc., operating the Saki Logic brand (“Company”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Driver Safety Notice, together with applicable platform terms.
Driver responsibility
The app is an informational driver-awareness tool only. It is not navigation, traffic control, legal advice or a substitute for safe and lawful driving. Set up and interact with the app only when safely stopped. Users must obey traffic laws regardless of whether an alert occurs.
Camera-data limitations
Camera programs and equipment may be added, removed, relocated, suspended, changed, malfunction or become unavailable without notice. The Company does not guarantee that every camera is listed, every listed location is active at every moment, or any alert will occur at a guaranteed time or distance.
No legal defense
App data, maps, warnings, omissions or alerts are not represented as evidence or a defense to a traffic citation, civil or criminal proceeding, insurance matter or other legal matter.
Device and connectivity requirements
Features may require a compatible device, location services, notifications, internet connectivity, Google Play or Apple services, and current server data. GPS reception, wireless coverage, operating-system behavior, battery settings, outages and hardware conditions may affect performance.
Free and Premium service
The free tier may display advertising and does not provide the same proximity-alert functionality as Premium. Premium features are those described at the time of purchase and remain subject to coverage and technical limitations.
Subscriptions
Platform subscriptions are purchased and managed through the applicable app store at the price and billing period shown at checkout and may renew automatically until canceled. Direct web subscriptions are not currently active. If introduced, the checkout page will disclose the applicable price, renewal, cancellation, refund and payment-processor terms before purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the purchase channel, our published Cancellation and Refund Policy, applicable platform rules and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-extract protected service data, impersonate the Company, redistribute unauthorized copies or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The app software, original graphics, branding, database compilation and documentation are owned by or licensed to the Company except for third-party materials identified as such. Third-party map, advertising, billing and platform services remain subject to their respective terms.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for traffic citations, missed or delayed alerts, data inaccuracies, loss caused by reliance on the app, or indirect/consequential losses where such exclusions are legally permitted. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Changes and termination
The Company may update the service and these Terms subject to applicable law. The Company may suspend service for maintenance, security, legal, data-quality or operational reasons.
