Redlight Traffic Cam Alert Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Instant Energy Solutions, Inc., operating the Saki Logic brand (“Saki Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with the Redlight Traffic Cam Alert mobile application, related Saki Logic web pages, and supporting services.

Privacy design summary: precise device location is used on the phone for location-enabled features. The current app design rounds coordinates before requesting regional camera data from the Saki Logic service and is not designed to maintain a historical database of a user's precise driving route.

Information the app uses

Device location

If you grant location permission, the app uses device location to show your position and, for Premium users who start alerts, to calculate distance to verified camera locations. Exact proximity calculations are performed on the device. For regional camera downloads, the app rounds latitude and longitude to one decimal degree before sending the regional request to the Saki Logic service. Network infrastructure may also receive an IP address and ordinary request metadata.

ZIP-code coverage searches

If you enter a five-digit ZIP code into the coverage checker, that ZIP code is sent to the service to determine whether verified camera information is available near that ZIP code.

Subscription and purchase information

For Google Play Premium subscriptions, Google Play provides purchase/subscription information and a purchase token used to verify whether Premium access is currently entitled. Saki Logic does not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play. If direct web subscriptions are introduced later, this Policy will be updated to identify the payment processor and the information involved before web checkout is activated.

Advertising, app interactions, device identifiers and diagnostics

The free version may use Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Those Google components may process information such as IP address, advertising or app-set identifiers, app interactions, consent choices, diagnostics and related technical information for advertising, analytics, security and fraud-prevention purposes under Google's policies and the choices available to you.

Crash and performance information

Google Maps Platform, Google Mobile Ads and other platform components may process crash, diagnostic and performance information used to maintain and improve their services and the app experience.

Custom alert audio

If you choose a custom audio file, Android grants the app access to the selected file. The current design uses that file locally for alerts and does not intentionally upload the audio file to the Saki Logic service.

Information we do not require for the current app

No Redlight Traffic Cam Alert username/password account is required in the current Android design.
No address-book or contacts access.
No microphone access.
No camera access.
No SMS access.
The current Android design does not request the Android ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permission; user-started Premium alerts operate through a foreground location service with a persistent notification.

Why information is used

Information may be used to provide maps and camera information, determine coverage, deliver Premium entitlement, operate advertising for free users, maintain and secure the service, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Saki Logic uses service providers to operate the app and website. These may include Google Play, Google Maps Platform, Google AdMob/User Messaging Platform, Google Cloud and Cloudflare. Information may be processed by those providers according to their roles and policies. We do not sell a database of users' precise driving-location histories.

Retention

The service is designed to minimize retention of location information. Exact device GPS used for proximity calculations remains on the device in the current design. Regional requests and ZIP searches may appear in ordinary infrastructure/security logs for limited operational periods. Purchase verification is performed to determine entitlement. Third-party providers may retain advertising, diagnostic, security or billing records under their own retention practices and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may deny or revoke Android location permission, although location-dependent features will stop working.
You may stop Premium driving alerts at any time.
Where available, Google's consent/privacy controls may allow choices related to advertising.
Google Play subscriptions can be managed or canceled through Google Play.
You may uninstall the app at any time.

Children

Redlight Traffic Cam Alert is a driving-related utility intended for users old enough to lawfully operate or responsibly use a mobile device in connection with driving. It is not designed for children.

Security

We use HTTPS for the production API and apply access restrictions and service controls where supported. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Website privacy

At initial launch, SakiLogic.com is a static informational website and does not intentionally require an account or set first-party behavioral analytics cookies. Cloudflare, as the hosting/network provider, may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and secure the website. If we later enable analytics, accounts, direct checkout or other data-collecting web functions, this Policy will be updated before those features are activated.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app or website notice.
